Over the years, I've worked in healthcare, owned two businesses, completed degrees in science and business, spent time at two Fortune 500 organizations, coached leaders, and facilitated conversations across a variety of industries.

Each experience taught me something different.

As a business owner, I learned firsthand the realities of growth, decision-making, and balancing competing priorities.

Working in healthcare, I spent nearly two decades listening to patients, understanding their unique circumstances, and recognizing that no two situations were exactly alike. Every treatment plan was customized because every person was different.

Studying science and business taught me to look at problems from different angles, challenge assumptions, and think beyond obvious solutions.

Working within Fortune 500 organizations reinforced the importance of alignment, collaboration, and creating space for people to contribute. Some of my most meaningful experiences came from working across teams, bringing different perspectives together, and contributing to projects beyond my formal role. Those experiences reinforced the value of creating space for people to share openly, learn from one another, and move toward a common goal.

Together, those experiences shaped a belief I still carry today:

The tools may vary. Every engagement is customized to the needs of the client, their team, and the decisions in front of them.

Throughout my life, I've been fortunate to learn from people who approached success in very different ways.

What they shared was a strong work ethic, humility, kindness, and a commitment to continuous growth.

They challenged me when I needed to be challenged and supported me when I needed support. They taught me that growth is often uncomfortable, that we are capable of more than we think, and that meaningful progress rarely happens without effort.

Perhaps most importantly, they believed in me.

Those lessons continue to shape how I show up for clients today—with curiosity, respect, honesty, and the belief that people are often capable of more than they think.
